How to Sell Products on Mieword

Mieword's Shop feature enables creators and ordinary users to sell a wide range of products and services directly to their audience. Whether you're offering digital downloads, event tickets, personalized services, or exclusive memberships, you can create, publish, and manage your products from the Products section in Settings.

Note: The Shop feature is available for bot ordinary users and verified creators with creator status enabled.

Create and Sell a Product

Step 1: Open the Product Creation Page

Sign in to your Mieword account and navigate to Settings → Products → Create Product.

If you do not see this option, ensure your account has completed the creator verification process and that the Shop feature has been activated.

Step 2: Select a Product Type

Choose the product category that best matches what you want to sell. Mieword currently supports the following product types:

• Scratch Product

• Book Meeting

• Digital Download

• Live Event Ticket

• Art & Design

• Join Close Friends

Selecting a product type will open the corresponding product creation form.

Step 3: Enter Your Product Information

Complete the required details for your product, including:

• Product Name – Give your product a clear and descriptive title.

• Price – Set the selling price.

• Product Images – Upload one or more high-quality images to showcase your product.

• Description – Provide detailed information about what customers will receive.

• Confirmation Message – Create the message customers will see immediately after completing their purchase.

Step 4: Configure Optional Settings

Customize your product further with optional features, including:

• Ask a Question – Collect additional information from buyers before fulfilling their order.

• Capacity Limit – Restrict the number of purchases available for limited products or services.

Step 5: Create and Publish Your Product

After reviewing all product information, click Create to save your product.

Once created, your product is ready to be published and made available for purchase through your Mieword shop.

Manage Your Products

You can manage all your listings from the My Products page, where you can:

• View existing products

• Edit product details

• Unpublish products

• Delete products

To monitor your business performance, visit the My Sales section to view:

• Sales history

• Revenue and earnings

• Overall sales performance

The quality of your product presentation has a significant impact on conversions. Use clear, high-resolution images, write detailed and accurate descriptions, and provide transparent pricing to build trust and encourage more purchases.
