Welcome to MieWord Free Classified Ads Platform! This Payment Policy explains how payments work when you choose to use our premium services to promote your ads. Please read it carefully before making any purchases.

1. Premium Services

We offer premium services to help your ads get more attention and views from users. These services are optional and can boost your ad’s visibility on the platform.

2. Types of Premium Services

Our premium services include:

  • Boost Plans – These raise your ads above free ads. Your ad will be shown in more places, including sections, categories, or regions.
  • Top Ads Promo – These are shown in a special box above regular ads for maximum visibility.

3. How to Order Premium Services

You can buy premium services in two ways:

    • Or choose a premium option while posting an ad.

    If you’re using our mobile app, go to “Premium Services” in your profile or select a service during ad posting.

    4. Payment Methods

    You can pay using:

    • Bank card (ATM card)
    • Bank transfer
    • eWallet
    • Cash (at certain banks)

    If you choose card, transfer, or eWallet, you’ll be sent to a secure payment page. We do not store your payment details – only the payment confirmation is shared with us.
    If you choose cash, we’ll give you payment info to use at the bank.

    5. Changes to Services

    We may update or change:

    • Types of premium services
    • Prices and payment methods

    We can do this at any time, without notice.

    6. Refunds

    Because our services are online and work right away, all payments are final and non-refundable.

    This means:

    • If your ad is removed for breaking our Terms of Use, you will not get your money back.
    • If you delete or deactivate your ad, you will not get your money back.

    7. Validity of Top Ads Promo

    When you buy a Top Ads Promo, you must use it within 12 months. After that, it will expire.
    You won’t get a refund or replacement if it expires without being used.

    8. No Automatic Renewal

    Premium services are not subscriptions. You must renew them manually every time you want to use them again.

    9. No Guarantee

    We do not promise specific results from using premium services. We are not responsible if they don’t meet your expectations.

    10. Credits

    You can buy Credits on our platform. These Credits can only be used to pay for premium services.

    • 1 Credit = 1 Nigerian Naira
    • Credits must be used within 12 months of purchase. After that, they expire.

    You won’t get a refund or replacement for expired Credits.

    11. Credit Limitations

    • Credits are not real money and cannot be exchanged for cash or goods.
    • You cannot sell or transfer Credits or accounts to others.
    • Credits can only be used through our platform in the way we allow.

    12. Credit Forfeiture

    We may remove your Credits without refund if:

    • You don’t log into your account for 1 year
    • You break our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy
    • You misuse Credits or are suspected of fraud
    • We find illegal activity on your account
    • We need to protect our users or our platform

    13. Account Closure

    If your account is closed (by you or by us), you will not receive a refund for any unused Credits.
